Best to ask a doctor, or look online for any ideas. Washing your hands is good. I do not know much on cleaning, but since you did take off the wallpaper, and think about painting, go for valspar at lowes.
It has mildew proof paint! And perfect for kitchen’s and bathroom’s. That way you wont have that stupid problem anymore. Mold is yuckie.

Wash your hands and clothes. That’s all there is to it.
The health risk is solely from breathing in the spores or getting them into open wounds.
Of course merely scrubbing those walls won’t do anything to get rid of the mould. The only thing that does work for sure is removing the wall and replacing it with another one, as the mould will be very deep inside it and next to impossible to remove completely.
Special mould removers might work if the wall is porous and the stuff is applied regularly for extended periods, but it’s expensive and best left to experts as you need different materials for different moulds.
It’s also quite toxic to people and pets, so wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, and facemask.

    1. Wash your hands with bleach.
    2. Wash your clothes A.S.A.P.
    3. Watch for respiratory problems. Black mold can cause health issues (mainly respiratory). If you start feeling ill, or coughing consult your doctor.
*I would have a professional look at your mold problem. They can remove it safely and reduce the chances of it spreading.

    wash hands.
Put bleach and water in a spray bottle and spray the wall and kill the mold.
knock out the wall and throw out all sheet rock and insulation and replace everything.
    can cause health problems.
wear a mask when doing this

You’re fine, just wash up real good and disinfect. Be sure to wash your clothes that you was wearing and disinfect any surfaces that you touched.
