If this is not your picture, it’s going to be difficult to get out the information behind the boxes of the original, seeing as how the boxes are slightly transparent.
I would suggest just making the boxes again how you want them. It shouldn’t be hard. As a separate picture, make the boxes non-transparent however you want them to be on an invisible background (you can even just cut out the boxes as they are in the posted picture and color them back in solid white). When you are done, you can just movie this image over to the picture you want to put the boxes on, creating a layer that is just for them. Finally, all you have to do is turn down the opaqueness of that layer, and you’ll get the ghosted boxes like in the original photo, only now over your picture.
