I’m not sure but try and reinstall your web browser.
What might have happened is that your web browser’s information was damaged in the hard shut down.
Again I am not sure but it wouldn’t hurt to reinstall the browser.
it sounds like you have a virus messed around with your files try getting spybot that worked for me when McAfee and Norton didn’t work heres the link http://projects.securitywonks.net/projec…

The tabs problem is almost certainly malware.
to sort it out download install and scan with malwarebytes ( free version will be fine )http://www.malwarebytes.org/
